The new PlayShakespeare.com Power Search is a powerful tool for searching this site, specific sections, a concordance search, or even individual plays.

Here are a few example of how you can use the new PowerSearch features:

Entering rogue and slave will return results containing both "rogue" and "slave"

Entering rogue +slave will return results containing both "rogue" and "slave"

Entering rogue -slave will return results containing "rogue" and not "slave"

Entering rogue not slave will return results containing "rogue" and not "slave"

Entering rogue or slave will return results containing either "rogue" or "slave"

Entering "rogue and slave" (with quotes) will return results containing the phrase "rogue and slave"


You can also enter complex search combinations like:

rogue not slave +peasant -globe and distracted 

This will return results containing the words "rogue", "peasant", and "distracted, but not containing "slave" or "globe".
