A brewing debate says Falstaff recites the latter portion of the speech while the epilogues speaks the first part. What do you think? Or should Falstaff recite the whole thing?

Debate also argues that the first part was an epilogue spoken by Shakespeare himself at a performance in front of the Queen, hence all the kneeling. The second part, it's claimed, was spoken by Kemp (who played Falstaff) in the playhouse, just before dancing a jig (something pretty clear from the text, but that wouldn't have been done at a court performance). So essentially, by this argument, there are two epilogues, and printing them as one is somewhat nonesensical. (The Oxford Complete Works tries to rearrange it into something more logical, but it doesn't actually help.)
