Classical Comics (a new UK publisher creating graphic novel adaptations of classical literature) is creating graphic novel editions of all Shakespeare's plays.

Look for my review of their Henry V preview in the coming days, available, no doubt, on PlayShakespeare.com

Speaking as a hardworking  teacher, who is desperate to get the children to pick up a book - I think that these are great.
The class loved the original version no less, and I'm planning lessons around them all (even as I type this).
I love the artwork, very in keeping with the period, a 'tapestry' look.
The male element in the class were transfixed by the battle scenes, and I personally found the synopsis and the pages on Henry etc really useful.
We have to teach Shakespeare, and these wil make teaching enjoyable for all of us. Heck - I can teach mixed ability classes with (essentially) the same book. Five star.

That's weird... How did you get a copy and use it in your classroom by Noveber 1st when it's not even released until November 5th?

Weird? Don't think so, was on sale at a show, so bought it then.
And that was October I think.
