Big news for the Shakespeare community—a new First Folio edition has been discovered just in time for the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death.
The books, separated out into three bound in three volumes, were found on the shelf of the library at the Mount Stuart House on the Isle of Bute. Additional pages were added where Isaac Reed, a well known 18th century literary editor, made annotations and observations on the text.
The total count of known First Folios is now 234. Visit our First Folio tracking thread in the forum.
