How do I change my password?

Follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down the the Member Menu in the left column.
  2. Click on Your Profile.
  3. Find the Edit menu at the top of the page and select Update Your Profile.
  4. If not selected, click on the Contact Info tab and enter your new password.

In the forum, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Profile in the forum menu at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your new password.

Important: If you change your password in one area it will atuomatically updated in the other area so there's no need to do both.

How do I change my username?

You can't change your username.

I've lost my password. How do I log in?

Our automated system can send it to you. Click the Forgot Password? link or Forgot your Username? link in the left column and enter both your username and email address for it to be sent to you. The passwords are encrypted when stored so we can't tell you your password because we can't access it. Please contact us if you're not receiving the password recovery email.
